On 6/27 I had 2 healthy white oak trees taken down because they were leaning towards the house. Trunks are about 18 to 36 inches wide and are cut up into 8-12foot sections. Would make good lumber or firewood. I don't have a way to move the large pieces nor do I have a trailer to transport them anywhere. If you do, and want them, call or text. show contact info
I live about 5 miles south of exit 116 on I-40, about 15 miles southwest of downtown Hickory. I prefer not to let it go to waste. We have space here where you could bring a portable sawmill and cut it up into lumber here.
