This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety. Some days you’ll be driving a dump truck. Other days you’ll be operating our asphalt paver or helping complete paving projects. As our paving division grows, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with it.

What We’re Looking For
* Valid Class A CDL (Required)
* Experience operating an asphalt paver preferred
* Comfortable driving a dump truck as needed
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to help maintain equipment
* Takes pride in producing quality work
* Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
* Willing to work overtime and occasional weekends when necessary
* Positive attitude and team-first mindset
What You’ll Do
* Drive a dump truck when hauling work requires it.
* Operate our LeeBoy asphalt paver during paving projects.
* Assist with paving operations, layout, handwork, and rolling as needed.
* Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance, and equipment cleanup.
* Help solve problems and keep production moving efficiently.
* Represent Moretz Hauling professionally on every jobsite.
