Hello, I’m a senior male looking to rent a room in Hickory, Taylorsville, or Statesville. I am retired and live a quiet, healthy, and independent lifestyle. I spend much of my time biking and running (up to 200 miles per month), and I follow a mostly plant-based diet.
I am responsible, considerate, and clean. I don’t play music, movies, or TV loudly. I have no pets, no children, and no pet allergies. Most of my time is spent in my room reading, using the Internet, or watching television. I rarely drink (occasionally wine), I do not use drugs, and I can pass any background or drug screening with excellent results. I prefer a smoke-free environment. If you smoke indoors, I completely respect your choice, but I’m not a good fit. My lifestyle is calm, drama-free, and professional. I have stable income, have lived in my current location for four years, and I’m a dependable tenant who pays on time, every time. I am neat and tidy (but not obsessive) and I never have visitors.
I would prefer to stay in the City of Hickory but am open to any suitable place in the Hickory metro area. I’m flexible with monthly arrangements and have no problem signing a lease.
