Job Description

As a Security Guard Armed Prol Driver in Morganton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal in a government locion as an armed prol officer in a driving post, where you will monitor and prol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-reled incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communicion. You will support daily operions with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity while making a meaningful impact in a role th values agility, reliability, and innovion.

Pay Re: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Wh You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and when approprie, emergency response activities within a government corrections locion.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and reporting relevant informion to site leadership and/or law enforcement as required.
• Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, housing units, and perimeter areas, remaining aware of unusual activity and policy violions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, control entry and exit activity, and help to deter unauthorized access, contraband movement, and/or other security-reled concerns.
• Support order within the locion by following post orders, maintaining a professional presence, assisting with emergency procedures, and communicing clearly with staff and/or first responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
