Looking to retire or need someone to manage your business. I have owned or managed businesses most my adult life. I'm looking for the right opportunity to use my management and people skills. The type of business doesn't matter I can learn the process very quickly. With that said you are looking for a (manager) to manage your business, not an employees that knows the process. This is one of the biggest mistakes owners make they hire a person that knows the process, but don't know how to manage. Employees need guidance and accountability this is where I come in organizing, setting goals and mentoring.
