Role Description
This is a part-time role for an Property Manager at a property located near Hickory, NC. The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, leasing support, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Responsibilities Include:
Property Management, Leasing, and Tenant Relations skills
Experience in coordinating property maintenance and inspections
Knowledge of property policies and housing vouchers
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Perform the leasing process, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements
Implement and enforce property policies and procedures

Experience:
Previous experience in property management, customer service, or a related field is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is advantageous
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
