Cleaning Tech needed for a facility in Newton, NC. Working days are Monday thru Friday and work is to be done between the hours of 5pm and 11pm. Cleaning will normally take about a 1 1/2 to 2 hours depending on the speed of the person cleaning. Duties include, Gathering trash, cleaning/restocking restrooms, sweep, mop vacuum, and dust once a month. All equipment and supplies furnished all someone will have to provide is labor. Pay is a base monthly rate starting at $ 900.00 per month. Cash, No taxes. Requirements are:
Must be at least 25
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass background check( required)
Must be able to speak and communicate English
Must be dependable with good work record
Commercial cleaning experience is a huge plus
