Big Wave Docks is looking for hard-working, honest employees to begin IMMEDIATELY. We work over the water so swimming skills are important. This job is physically demanding and is done in most weather conditions.
We require carpentry experience, a valid drivers license and your own reliable transportation to and from job sites on Lake Norman. Having experience driving a pickup truck with a trailer is also a plus. We provide in-depth on-the-job training to teach our specific product line.
Our crew works a 50-hour work week, Mon-Fri with most weekends off. We offer paid holidays, quarterly bonuses, and vacation pay in addition to a starting pay rate of $60,000 or more based on experience, paid weekly by direct deposit, and year-round work, and lots of room for growth.
