🛠 Duties Include:
Weekly walkthroughs of the property
Storage unit inventory & lock checks
Over-locking delinquent units
Cutting locks when needed
Sweeping & cleaning out units
Mowing, weed spraying & general grounds care
Picking up trash and keeping the facility tidy
✅ Requirements:
Dependable and easy to reach
Communicates clearly with management
Truck preferred (but not required)
Smartphone required (for photos & reports)
Must take pride in doing clean, consistent work
