The Warehouse & Installer Associate supports warehouse operations and performs on-site product installations. This role involves receiving and organizing inventory, preparing materials, loading, and unloading trucks, and installing products at customer locations. The ideal candidate is reliable, hands-on, and comfortable with physical work in both warehouse and job-site environments.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
Pick, pack, and stage materials for delivery and installation
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Track inventory and report shortages or damaged items
Prepare tools and materials for daily installation jobs
Travel to job sites and perform installations according to specifications
Assemble and install products accurately and efficiently
Communicate professionally with customers on-site
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and functionality
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in warehouse, installation, construction, or assembly work (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
Basic mechanical and hand-tool knowledge
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong organizational, time-management, and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
