Lawn Maintenance Manager's Responsibilities:
~Manage multiple field crews on a daily basis.
~Manage record keeping and billing.
~Provide field crew accountability and quality control.
~Budget contracts and coordinate equipment.
~Scheduling routes and applications.
~Manage property inspections.
~Increase client enhancement sales and relationships.
~Provide proactive communication with clients.
~Provide employee development and training .
~Coordinate field crews to ensure quality work on mowing, pruning, and applications of materials to enhance existing properties
and identifying potential problems through quality control practices.
~ 40 Hours plus per week!!!
~NC Driver's License needed
Skills that would be a PLUS!!!

* NC Pesticide License
