1999 F-350
Originally a cab and chassis truck, that’s why theirs the odd gap between the bed and cab, number and bed. A 9 foot bed would fit this truck better.

Mileage 352,326
RWD - Automatic- 7.3 L powerstroke
Good title in my dads name, Dad will meet to sign title (clean title)

All Ac parts have been replaced in the last year. (AC compressor, AC condenser, AC drier, orfice tube, Orings and Evaporator Core - picked up evap core at local NAPA) needless to say heat and air works GREAT. Fan speed only works on high and the next notch down.

Front end had a makeover in the last year (All new moog tie rods and tie rod ends, all new moog ball joints, new sway bar bushings)

New driver door pins (not installed their still in the dash)

Hydro boost system has had a majority of the parts replaced

Glow plugs, glow plug wiring harness, valve cover gaskets and glow plug relay have all been replaced in the last year.

MBRP aluminum 5” Turbo back exhaust system was installed within the last year (no muffler) also side piped due to the fact that it was a cab and chassis it has a 40 Gal square fuel tank at the rear of the truck. Blocking the path for the rest of the exhaust.

VSS on rear axle has been replaced in the last year - picked up at Oreillys

ICP Sensor and Pigtail replaced within last year

Brake pedal goes all the way to the floor before you have brakes now. I’m assuming it’s a master cylinder or wheel cylinder problem. Being if it were hydro boost related power steering wouldn’t work. ABS light came on and Brake light came on when this problem started (truck cannot be driven due to this) I’m concerned the brakes will fail. You can drive the truck in the yard but I don’t want to get it out on the road.

Drivers door needs pins replaced (as stated above I have parts just haven’t installed)

Drips oil - I believe from oil cooler

Radio has a screen for the backup camera - I pulled the radio to replace lights in the dash and left something unplugged. The backup camera dose work, will just have to pull radio to find what’s unplugged.

Additional Notes:

If the brake issue can be resolved the truck would be fine to drive, in the future the truck may need tranny work being it has xxx,xxx miles and to my understanding from the previous owner hasn’t had a trans rebuild
Since somewhere in the early 200,000s. Dose tend to have odd shift patterns if you have something heavy in truck.

This was a company truck for a while so it has “work truck” dings and scratches.

It has newer super duty stock wheels (these wheels rub a little when you turn real sharp)

Truck comes with a towing package that is NOT installed and has been cut down to fit this truck. Also includes trailer wiring plug kit.

Truck will probably have to be hauled/trailered to new home. The brakes are iffy right now. The brakes are the only major issue with the truck. I have been driving the truck up till last week. Been waiting till the tag ran out to transfer to my name from dads but I don’t want to put anymore into the truck. Being I have small children and no need for a huge diesel truck I don’t have a need to keep putting time and money into the truck. This truck would make somebody a good work truck.

7.3 powerstroke turbo diesel
352,326 miles
Truck starts and runs fine.
