I'll give you a brief over-view of our product then list sizes that we keep in stock and the price on them. (so you can skip to the end if you don't care about the details lol)
We're a small business that deals in the wholesale of HMI brand windows, these windows have a U-factor of 0.29 or better and a Solar Heat Gain Control (SHGC) of 0.28 or better. They are double pane and filled with 11 layer of Low E and Argon gas. They're vinyl windows with 3.25" welded jambs. Glass thickness is .75" and windows come standard with head expander and sill extenders. We offer New construction or replacement.
We offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on Frame, Sash, and Balancing system.

Stock windows are all white, double-hung, replacement, half screens, with or without grids.

New construction and replacement are always the same price. There is no difference in pricing based on this spec.
