The 12x20 shed building, has metal around the bottom so the dogs did not chew it. Started extra doggy doors in it but can have the paneling put back over it or the metal, either or. Comes with extra large ac unit inc. It has vinyl siding. It is fully insulated and thick barn paneled on the walls. Thinner wall paneling on the ceiling with the ceiling also being insulated. It has a top shop light in it with a lighted wall switch to turn it on. It has a couple wall outlet plugs in it, and we put it's own fuse box in it too. Has full sized garage door so you can use it for a car if you wish. Price is $3000.00. We are firm on our asking price.
