We have a 12 x 20 shed available and a 14 x 40 shed available. The 12 x 20 shed has been insulated with thick barn paneling. A little fixing up and cleaning and it will be as good as new. It comes with a lifetime guarantee through the company. It does need two side windows and a new rubber seal the front of the garage door as well as the doggie doors that were being put in it to be recovered back up. Upgraded it with its own fuse panel box as well as thick barn, paneling with insulation. There is an older AC unit in there and it does work. There’s also a fan mounted up on the corner that does work and there’s also a heater mounted at the ceiling and it does work. There’s also a utility light mounted at the top of the ceiling and yes, it does work. We also coated the floors.

14 x 40 it has the whole cut out for the back utility room for air-conditioning buy the manufacturer and we put a storm door to keep the back part cool if the front garage or side door is open. The air-conditioning is brand new. It’s only been on one time. If you’re wanting the air-conditioning to it, there is an additional cost for it. We do have a heater mounted on the wall. That’s new 2026. The interior is raw wood from the builder. No wiring has been run to it.

The price on this building is $9850. with the air-conditioning unit and $9500. without it.
