2008 F250 6.4 lariat diesel 4x4 needs rocker arms and has dent in bed.

The passenger side 2 rocker arms have completely fell off due to the plastic bushing cracking.we haven't opened up the other side
my husband only drove it a couple miles home as soon as the noise started, there is also all new glo plugs replaced.
